The Sensum app gives the user access to the most central functions and data in the IT system, Sensum One, and thus supports the work with documentation of the social work, citizen-oriented efforts in the specialized social area.
Sensum has been developed especially for employees who work away from the office, for example in the citizens own home or in other situations and other places where it is not immediately possible to access the Sensum One via PC.
The application contains the most relevant information from the employees own profile, as well as information about the citizens for whom the employee is responsible for.
In Sensum, the employee can perform a number of basic tasks such as reading and writing notes in the citizens diary, stay up to date on the individual citizens action plan, document the effect of their own efforts in relation to the citizens goals and sub-goals, assess the citizens risk, and control and manage medication delivery.
To use the Sensum application, you must be registered as a user of Sensum One.
